Growww is an exciting, one-year-long programme for fresh graduates finishing their bachelor’s or master’s and thinking about to join a leading company in Central Eastern Europe. Here you can build your career from Norway to Pakistan and you can be the part of the change and can shape a sustainable future.
If you have maximum 1-year work experience, join us! It will be interesting full time-job, not an internship. Don’t worry, 80% of the Growwwers receive an indefinite offer after the 1 year-long program.
We have been working on various green and sustainability initiatives to get MOL ready for a low-carbon future. We are committed to act proactively in the e-mobility revolution and to explore all the opportunities arising from the development and use of alternative fuels. We set our new goals in our latest 2030+ strategy. We will be a key player of the low carbon circular economy in Central and Eastern Europe. Our Growwwers receive a competitive salary and a compensation package as well, in Hungary these are the following: performance-based bonus, cafeteria, smart phone with limitless internet access, notebook and a private health insurance. Your Growww year starts in September. You will receive your devices, meet your mentor and get to know the company.
Later in November, you attend the Onboarding Day. This is an event featuring all the Growwwers, and it is also heavily attended by MOL Group managers. Want to know how it was last year? Check this video out!
During the rest of the year 2021, you attend several training programmes focusing both on your professional and personal skills development.
You also meet with fellow Growwwers again at a two-day site visit embedded into the Business Education Programme in Hungary. If you haven’t seen an upstream production facility or a refinery, this will be your time now.
In March, you select your teammates and your topic for the Team Task Competition. You prepare a lot, practise, rethink, present and possibly, win the local semi-final.
The Team Task Competition final is coming up in June, where you attend either as a contestant to meet the best on Group-level, or a valuable part of the audience to meet all the other Growwwers and officially conclude your Growww year.
During the remaining bit of the summer, - if everything worked out well - you will receive an offer on renewing your contract with the company.
