This year marks the 18th time when we are once again launching one of the most exciting regional graduate programs – the Growwwer program. This prestigious, one-year long program allows a diverse pool of talent -hopefully including you - to kickstart their career at one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading, most stable energy companies, while working on solutions that take the region further and advance mobility, energy and sustainability.
