Our business is energy. We provide our consumers what they need to get their daily lives and businesses going. The journey from the very moment of striking oil to the service stations is a long one, and people from various backgrounds can have their part in it.

To reflect on the diversity of skills and competencies what working for MOL Group require, we group openings into two categories: technical and non-technical ones.

Technical jobs are those where you need specific oil & gas knowledge and qualifications. Geology, drilling and refining, just to name a few.

In non-technical roles you can enter with a broad range of educational backgrounds, think of Sales, Human Resources and Information Technology for example.

Technical careers at MOL Group

Mainly engineers and earth scientists are working with us in technical roles. MOL Group’s exploration and production activities are supported by more than 75 years’ experience in the hydrocarbon field, while we operate four refineries and two petrochemicals plants to cater the needs of our wholesale customers and drivers stopping by at our nearly 2,000 service stations. Technical assigments range from a North Sea rig to a Central European petrochemicals plant or a seismic truck in Pakistan.
